Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting research, data mining, identify and contact organizations and individuals and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the global alliance and summits.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and Data Mining:

• Conduct research to identify and contact target segments for the alliance and summits.
• Perform data mining to gather relevant information and verify its accuracy.
• Collect information on stadiums and arenas from around the world.

Member and Sponsor Support:

• Handle inquiries and provide support to members of the Global Sports Venue Alliance.
• Handle inquiries and provide support to sponsors and delegates of the global Coliseum summits.

Administrative Assistance:

• Assist managers with all relevant administrative tasks.
• Support the organization of summits and special events.
• Manage elements of summit organization, including logistics and coordination.
• Identify organizations and individuals based on managers’ requests.

Qualifications:

• Strong research and data mining skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and databases.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
