Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives across all platforms. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a highly organized individual with a strong sense of initiative and a collaborative spirit.

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating and nurturing leads, identifying prospective partners or members, and conducting outreach to strengthen relationships. They will also manage marketing campaigns, coordinate events and workshops, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to brand and business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns and ongoing engagement.
  • Help identify partners and support lead qualification in collaboration with business development.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing, Client Digital Campaigns, Members Promotions.
  • Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up communication with members, sponsors, and partners.
  • Manage and liaise with external suppliers including designers, printers, digital partners, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create marketing assets (e.g., brochures, videos, newsletters and LinkedIn posts).
  • Plan and organize virtual and in-person events and workshops as well as Oversee the planning and promotion of events (virtual and physical) in collaboration with the events or communications team and event partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
  • Stay current with the marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Optional: Experience in the sports, events, or venue industry is a plus.
