His expertise includes COEX, arena and stadium planning and design, FIFA compliance for World Cup stadiums, and overlay requirements.

Damon has overseen several high-profile projects across the world. Of his most recent notable projects, Damon’s managed and designed both the NEC Arena expansion in Birmingham and the new UEFA national classified stadium and precinct in Vilnius, Lithuania.
