Kinga Święcicka is the Director of Events and Security of the professional football club based in Warsaw, Poland – the Legia Warsaw.

Her role is to oversee the organisation and safety of large-scale events. She holds a degree in National Security and Crisis Management from the National Defence Academy. Her passion for event security was sparked during the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) EURO 2012 held in Poland leading to a career spanning over 15 years in the mass events industry.

Święcicka spent more than 10 years at the National Stadium in Warsaw where she held key positions such as the Security Manager, Project Manager and the Deputy Head of Safety and Security. Throughout her career, Święcicka has collaborated with the organizers of major football matches, motoshows, concerts hosted by the American events promoter and venue operator Live Nation, and high-profile international conferences including the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Summit and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) meet. Her extensive experience makes for her expertise in event security and crisis management.
