Nathan Kosky - VP, Global Partnerships, AEG Europe, UK

Nathan Kosky first joined AEG in 2005 as part of the start-up team for The O2. In his current role as Vice President of the UK Global Partnerships team, he is responsible for overseeing both sponsorship & premium seating at The O2 and other AEG assets in the UK and France.
He has personally negotiated long-term naming rights deals with SSE/OVO for both Wembley Arena and The Hydro in Glasgow, amongst a number of successful major partnership agreements and was awarded Sponsorship Champion at 2024 UK Sponsorship Awards.
Previously as part of AEG’s start up team in the UK, and worked on setting up the premium seating programme at The O2 from its inception and has overseen its successful evolution over the past decade.
Nathan’s responsibilities also cover commercialisation of AXS.com in Europe; the ticketing platform that powers AEG’s venues and festivals.
In-between his two spells at AEG, Nathan was Commercial Director at Coventry City Football Club & The Ricoh Arena from 2008-2010 where he oversaw sponsorship, ticketing and merchandise at the EFL Championship club. Previously, Nathan has worked for Yahoo!, Hello Magazine and also set up a successful sport licensing business negotiating exclusive deals with athletes including Martin Johnson, Sam Torrance and A.P. McCoy.
Alongside his executive position with AEG, Nathan is currently Chair of UK Coaching Solutions, the trading arm of UK Coaching, a national charitable body supporting the development of sports coaches from grass roots to elite level.
He is also the creator and producer of successful cricket podcast Middle Please, Umpire; hosted by England world-cup winning bowler Mark Wood alongside comedian, actor, and writer Miles Jupp. It has been running for over 4 years.
