Stuart Cain is the Chief Executive of the Warwickshire County Cricket Club and the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham (UK) as well as a Board Director of the Hundred’s Birmingham Phoenix franchise. He is also a Trustee of the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation and Director of the Edgbaston Experience Limited (a joint venture with the Levy Restaurants).
He has worked extensively across sport, music and entertainment specializing in stadium development, rights commercialization and marketing.
Cain’s earlier stints include working as the Managing Director of Commercial Media at the NEC Group where he ran the national ticketing agency, The Ticket Factory. He also secured the Group’s largest naming rights deal to date for the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham. He was also the Commercial Director of the Premier League team Wolverhampton Wanderers F.C. and was the Senior Independent Director at the Rugby League World Cup 2021.
Stuart is armed with an MBA degree from the Lancaster University in England and has also attended Executive Education programs at the Harvard Business School in Boston (US).
