Fulham FC and Constance are teaming up to launch the ‘Constance on Matchdays’ dining experience as the Premier League season kicks off this week.
Fulham FC said the opening will make it the first football club with a Michelin Guide-recognised dining experience at the heart of its hospitality offering.
Formerly known as The Gourmet, situated on Level One in The Riverside, Constance on Matchdays sets a new benchmark for luxury experiences in sports hospitality and will be delivered by the same team behind Constance – the critically acclaimed, Michelin Guide-recognised restaurant at Fulham Pier.
Constance on Matchdays is a deliberate extension of that restaurant, bringing the impeccable standards, talented teams, and first-class expertise to matchdays at Craven Cottage.

Constance on Matchdays
Constance on Matchdays menus will be curated by Culinary Director Adam Byatt, an accomplished Michelin-starred chef with a passion for British food, best known for being the co-owner and chef patron of Trinity in Clapham.
Adam will work alongside Head Chef Charlie Crote — who trained under John Williams at The Ritz — and General Manager Gavin Ross, whose experience spans the opening of Cameron House on Loch Lomond to the three Michelin-starred Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.
The partnership will also see the launch of ‘Adam & Friends’ a curated programme welcoming guest chefs and emerging culinary talent into select matchdays to create bespoke menus for each home fixture, appropriate to the season and timing of the match.
Constance on Matchdays will open for the first time when Fulham take on Chelsea in the club’s opening Premier League home fixture of the season on Monday 24th August.
