Liverpool is set to welcome a new premium dining experience this summer as the Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool, England (UK) opens the Domingo’s Bar & Grill to the public on selected non-matchdays.

‘evertonfc.com’ stated that the opening night is on June 13th.

Located within the Premier League team Everton F.C.’s iconic waterfront home – the Hill Dickinson Stadium – the restaurant will be open on Saturday evenings and Sundays throughout June and July* boasting stunning panoramic views across the River Mersey.

The Everton Football Club is a professional association football club based in Liverpool, England (UK). The club competes in the Premier League, the top tier of English football.

The 52,769-seat Hill Dickinson Stadium, known as the Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium or Everton Stadium during construction and renamed for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in Vauxhall, Liverpool, England (UK). It is the home ground of the Premier League club Everton F.C.

Culinary Offerings

‘evertonfc.com’ further stated that the guests can enjoy a Saturday evening grill house dinner with Sundays dedicated to a traditional lunch featuring a classic roast and all the trimmings.

Domingo

One of the stadium’s most elegant premium dining spaces Domingo promises a refined experience combining high-quality produce with a striking riverside setting to create a standout addition to Liverpool’s dining scene.

Paying homage to the St Domingo’s FC – the original name of the Everton F.C. when it was founded in 1878 – the restaurant sits within the West Stand and will be open to all with no Everton F.C. or stadium membership required.

The diners can access the restaurant on foot or by vehicle via the Regent Road at Gate E with dedicated parking available on the stadium footprint.

‘Premium Dining Experience’

Stated Adam Bateman, Culinary Director, Hill Dickinson Stadium, “The Domingo’s Bar & Grill is all about delivering a premium dining experience that matches the ambition and quality of the Hill Dickinson Stadium. We’ve created a menu that celebrates the very best of grill cooking – from high-quality steak cuts to carefully curated seasonal chicken, fish and vegetarian dishes – all designed to be enjoyed in a truly unique setting overlooking the River Mersey. This is more than just a restaurant opening – it’s an opportunity for the people across the city to experience the stadium in a completely different way and we’re excited to welcome the guests through the doors this summer.”

Domingo’s Bar & Grill

Added Aaron Duckmanton, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Everton F.C., “Opening the Domingo’s Bar & Grill to the public is an important step in showcasing the venue as a year-round destination. A key part of our vision for the stadium is how it can be used beyond matchdays – creating opportunities for the people to experience it in different ways, whether that’s through food, events, sport, music or other activities. Domingo’s is a great example of that in action opening up one of our premium restaurant spaces for the people of the city and beyond to enjoy. Liverpool has a fantastic food scene and we believe Domingo’s will offer something genuinely distinctive combining exceptional food with an iconic waterfront setting and a unique environment.”

Walk-ins

A limited number of walk-ins may be available but advance booking is strongly recommended due to limited capacity.

*Domingo’s Bar & Grill will not be open to the public on dates where the stadium is hosting major events including the Rugby League’s Magic Weekend (July 4th–5th) and the Nations Championship fixture between Fiji and England on July 11th.

The Rugby League Magic Weekend is an annual event organized by the Rugby Football League in which an entire round of Super League matches is played over a weekend at a single stadium to promote the sport of rugby league.

The Nations Championship is a planned biennial international Men’s rugby union competition which is scheduled to take place in the mid-year and the end-of-year international windows in even-numbered years with the inaugural edition beginning in 2026.
