Marisol has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Monterrey in Mexico and an MBA with a specialty in Quality and Innovation in Service from the same University.
She has 14 years of experience in the sports industry adding value to Club Tigres de la UANL, one of the main soccer teams in Mexico. Her areas of expertise are Social Innovation and Human Resources.
Throughout her career she has participated in major international projects such as being part of the local committee of the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Mexico, as well as receiving important awards, the most recent being given by SportBiz LATAM as the best social responsibility project in the sports industry this 2021. Also she contributed creating a program designed to eliminate the homophobic slurs at local Tigres Matches, at this day, Tigres is the only team in Mexico that eliminated the scream thanks to the participation of his incomparable fans.
Marisol is constantly seeking to generate value through its social impact programs in education, inclusion, environment, and quality of life through the Tigres Foundation.
