Ricardo Rondon - Sports & Venues Director, HKS, Mexico
During his 26 years of international experience, Ricardo has participated in all phases of architecture, including planning, schematic design, design development and construction documentation. A native of Mexico City, he has been actively involved in projects such as Estadio Azteca renovations, Estadio Corona in Torreon, Mexico, The New Leon Stadium, American Airlines Center, Miller Park Stadium and Dallas AT&T Stadium.
Ricardo blends his skills in both design and business to manage all aspects of Sports Architecture. After managing the HKS Mexico City office for 17 years, Ricardo moved back to Dallas to oversee Sports Business Development for the Latin American region. “It’s exciting to watch a project transform from a client’s idea to a vision and finally into a beautifully designed and correctly operational building that brings new profit generation opportunities to our clients. Design and business go hand-in-hand.”
