The PrivatBank has put up for sale one of the largest sports facilities in the city of Dnipro – the Dnipro Arena football stadium in Ukraine as well as a training base. The starting price of the lot is UAH 140,701,416.
Repay Debts
‘privatbank.ua’ stated that the objects were acquired by the bank to repay debts on loans issued before the nationalization of the PrivatBank and are not used in its core activities.

The bank is the leader in retail, introduces new and upgrades existing services for small and medium businesses and has created a strong digital ecosystem.
The Dnipro Arena is a football stadium in Dnipro, Ukraine. It is used mostly for football matches. The stadium has a capacity of 31,003 people.

Auction Date
‘privatbank.ua’ further stated that the auction date is October 6th, 2026, the guarantee fee for participation is UAH 7,035,070.80 (five percent of the starting price of the lot). One can submit a bid and participate in the auction.
Sale
The sale of the Dnipro-Arena stadium and the training base have been officially provided for by the Strategy and Operational Plan for the Management of Problem Assets approved by the PrivatBank Supervisory Board.
Open Competitive Procedure
The sale will be carried out exclusively through an open competitive procedure which ensures equal access of potential investors to participate in the auction and the formation of the market price of the asset based on the results of the bidding. It is also important to note that the potential buyers should not be under sanctions, should not be associated with jurisdictions of unacceptably high risk, no corruption charges, should not be involved in terrorist financing and money laundering, should not be registered in offshore zones with an opaque ownership structure, and should not belong to oligarchs and past Managers or owners of the bank.
Dnipro Arena Complex
The Dnipro Arena complex includes a football field measuring 105×68 m, locker rooms, warm-up rooms, a gym, coaching rooms, rooms for the media representatives and the referees, a VIP box with 296 seats, a restaurant with 550 seats and parking lots with 19 spaces for buses and 326 spaces for cars. The field is equipped with heating and automatic watering systems and lighting facilities for the evening matches.
Training Base
The training base is located in the forest park zone of the Prydniprovsk residential area in the city of Dnipro. It was built in1971 and reconstructed in 2010.
It includes three artificial and four natural turf fields, an indoor football field with artificial turf and stands for 506 seats, a cottage village for the football players and two office and residential buildings. The complex also includes a medical and rehabilitation center, a conference hall, rooms for the coaching staff, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, and showers.

The sale of the asset will have a positive impact on PrivatBank’s financial results which will allow for increased tax and dividend payments to the State budget.
