Jansen Dell is the Chief Operating Officer of the Cincinnati Open. He is currently overseeing the $260 million renovation of the tournament campus. Additionally, he manages tournament operations, leads the team at Cincinnati Tennis, and spearheads strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of the historic event. Dell joined the Cincinnati Open in 2022 as Director of Capital Projects and has played a key role in developing the vision and direction of the campus transformation project, reimagining the tournament’s stadium and site-wide production, and enhancing fan and player experiences.

Before joining the Cincinnati Open, Dell spent 18 years with the Cincinnati Reds, most recently as Sr. Director of Creative & Brand Strategy. His experience in operations, branding, and large-scale project management has equipped him to lead the Cincinnati Open through its next phase of innovation and into the future.
