Kenny Lauer has been at the forefront of using pioneering technologies to collapse distances between people for over 30 years. Kenny is a recognized leader in experience design, behavioral science, and brand engagement, with a deep focus on transforming sports and entertainment through the power of sound.

He serves as a strategic advisor to Meyer Sound, focusing on transforming sports and entertainment experiences through audio. His journey with Meyer Sound began courtside. While leading Marketing and Digital for the Golden State Warriors, Kenny set out to completely reinvent how fans experienced the game of basketball. He and the NBA knew they needed the best in the world when it came to audio—and that was Meyer Sound. After experiencing the brilliance of their engineering and entrepreneurial spirit firsthand, he’s been one of their most dedicated advocates ever since.

Throughout his career, Kenny has worked with some of the world’s most influential brands and visionaries, pioneering breakthrough engagement strategies that redefine how people interact with brands and environments. LeadingMarketing & Digital at the Golden State Warriors, he revolutionized fan engagement and live entertainment, positioning the franchise as a global leader in experience-driven sports. His expertise has also shaped strategies for Apple, IBM, KPMG, and other Fortune 500 companies, where he consistently expanded the boundaries of engagement and brand immersion.

Kenny is a certified Experience Economy Expert, a member of the Television Academy (Emmys), and an advisor to SXSW. He has been recognized on both the BT-150 list for Business Transformation and the AX50 list for Ambient Experience, which honor top global executives leading experience-driven innovation. He also studied behavior modeling with BJ Fogg at Stanford’s Behavior Design Lab, deepening his expertise in human behavior and motivation.

Kenny lives in the Bay Area—close enough to catch Warriors games while still spending time at the Meyer Sound campus.
