Shawn Hutcheson, Business Development Manager for Sports & Live Events – North America, has been working in professional live sports productions for more than 20 years, and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to all facets of sports production. Even though the majority of his time has been spent technical directing sports and live events as well as training personnel on broadcast equipment, he also spent quite a bit of time in other areas of production. Most people don’t realize that Shawn has a background in directing entertainment and producing and editing national commercials.

His goal is quite simple… listen to customers, find efficiencies in workflows, explore strategic technical solutions and implement innovative products and solutions. His reputation has earned trust among customers and colleagues throughout North America. The biggest achievement for Shawn is a bit different from what you may expect to hear. He feels a sense of achievement when a customer utters these words, “you made this so easy for us”.

When he finds some extra time over the weekends, you may run into him technical directing live broadcasts or a corporate event. He believes that using the tools of the industry is very important in making him relatable.
