The National Football League (NFL) team Cincinnati Bengals and the Hamilton County finalized a new lease that keeps the team in Cincinnati playing home games at their home ground – the Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio (US) – through June 2036 with 10 additional option years that could extend the lease through June 2046.

The team plays its home games at the Paycor Stadium in Downtown Cincinnati.
The 65,515-capacity Paycor Stadium, previously known as the Paul Brown Stadium, is an outdoor football stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio (US). It is the home venue of the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League (NFL) and opened on August 19th, 2000.

‘bengals.com’ further stated that the new lease supports a responsible approach to modernize the 25-year-old stadium at a time where the other communities are faced with multibillion-dollar new stadium projects. The $470 million renovation project will maintain a best-in-class NFL stadium that attracts major concerts and events to Cincinnati. The Bengals will invest $120 million in the renovation project covering 75 percent of new improvements to the stadium. The team and the Hamilton County will continue to work collaboratively to secure meaningful funding from the State of Ohio to further support the renovation efforts.
The Paycor Stadium opened in 2000 when the Bengals and the Hamilton County came together with a goal of transforming Cincinnati’s riverfront into a world-class sports and entertainment district.
