Spanish La Liga club Cádiz CF is launching new lines of business as it looks to boost revenue at the Nuevo Mirandilla stadium.

The club is now offering year-round stadium tours and is also offering the use of different spaces in the stadium for company celebrations, weddings, photographic sessions and exclusive breakfasts.

Founded in 1910, Cádiz CF competes in La Liga, holding home games at Nuevo Mirandilla, with a seating capacity of 20,724.

The stadium was originally inaugurated as the Estadio Ramón de Carranza on September 3rd, 1955. It has since then been completely rebuilt twice.

The club said that the new product offerings will be put on sale under the Cádiz CF Hospitality brand, as it looks to emulate developments at other football clubs throughout Europe.

Cádiz’s stadium tours will be available at €12 for adults and €8 for children. The tour of the stadium includes access to restricted areas such as changing rooms, the bench and the press room.

In addition, Cádiz CF will soon incorporate new experiences for all the club’s fans. A breakfast in the Nuevo Mirandilla or a photo session in the stadium will be added to the tour of the stadium.

Cádiz CF said last year that it wants to build a new stadium as well as a business and technology center next to it.

The plans for Sportech City were revealed after Cádiz CF President Manuel Vizcaino expressed his desire to build a new stadium for Cádiz with a capacity to accommodate 30,000 to 35,000 fans.

Sportech City is a new project in tandem with Sportech, and partly funded by LaLiga’s CVC deal, or La Liga Impulso.

A high-performance sports center will be built, alongside a technology center, offices, a business center, and a user experience center too.

Cádiz CF President Manuel Vizcaino presented the project alongside the LaLiga President Javier Tebas, and the Sportech President Javier Sanchez, and the price tag will stand at €371m. Cádiz CF hopes to earn between €15m and €20m a year from the project once it opens.

Cádiz CF’s objective is to make the stadium a year-round attraction and hub, while creating 4,000 jobs initially, which will result in 2,900 jobs once work is over.
