The Ministry of Sport has invited contractors to join the Pre-qualification Program for the King Salman Stadium (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) main construction works.
‘Ministry of Sport’ stated that the Ministry of Sport announced its invitation for qualified and experienced contracting companies to submit their applications to participate in the pre-qualification program for the main construction works of the King Salman Stadium project in Riyadh.
The King Salman International Stadium is a planned multipurpose stadium with extensive sports facilities and capability of hosting world-class events which would be the largest within King Abdulaziz Park Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the Middle East. The stadium is planned to have a capacity of 92,760 spectators.
‘Ministry of Sport’ further stated that the stadium will be built in line with the leading international standards and is planned to host major tournaments and events. The state-of-the-art venue will be located next to the King Abdulaziz Park development.
The Ministry urged the interested companies to complete the questionnaire available on the Ministry of Sport’s official website.
Applications must be submitted via email to stadiumsdevelopment@mos.gov.sa.
The deadline for receiving applications is 3.00 pm on February 16th, 2026.
The King Abdulaziz Park development is a major new park project in Northern Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will cover over 4.3 million square meters and feature a large botanical garden, diverse landscapes, sports and play areas, and extensive paths.
