EFL League one club AFC Wimbledon is looking to attract tenants to occupy office space at its Cherry Red Records Stadium.
AFC Wimbledon said the office space provides an open-plan working environment, a meeting room and private office space.
The 2,725 square foot (253 square meter) suite benefits from perimeter trunking, LED lighting and a kitchenette.
AFC Wimbledon is an English professional association football club based in Merton, London (UK). The team competes in the EFL League One, the third level of the English football league system.
The 9,215-capacity Plough Lane, currently known as the Cherry Red Records Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is a multipurpose football stadium in Wimbledon, South-West London (UK), which has been the home of the AFC Wimbledon since November 3rd, 2020.
The club said that as well as the office space there are also up to 15 car parking spaces to be provided and the opportunity for the use of an outdoor astroturf pitch on site.
There are multiple connections to multiple London hubs and wider surrounding areas. Being located in the desirable Wimbledon location, the property is situated a short walk from Earlsfield Station and Haydons Road Station (National Rail), Wimbledon Park (District Line) and Tooting Broadway (Northern Line).
By road, there is immediate access to the South Circular road to the north and M25 motorway to the south.

AFC Wimbledon had to postpone a number of matches last season after the nearby River Wandle burts its banks and flooded the stadium’s pitch.
More than 100,000 liters of water were pumped out of the ground after the “entire stadium” was left under water.
The pitch at the Cherry Red Records Stadium suffered significant damage after the river broke its banks on the night of September 22nd.
