The Executive Committee of the French Football Federation (FFF) recently held a meeting wherein French Cities which will host the matches of the France A team, the France Women’s team and the Espoirs selection were approved for the 2023-2024 seasons.

‘dayFREURO’ stated that at the end of a consultation held last March, 31 Cities applied to host an international match. Sixteen of the Cities, meeting the various criteria laid down by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA), were chosen by the Executive Committee to host the 18 matches.

The French Football Federation (FFF) is the governing body of football in France. It was formed in 1919 and is based in the capital, Paris. The FFF was a founding member of FIFA and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the game of football in France, both professional and amateur.

The France A team or the France national football team represents France in men’s international football matches. It is governed by the French Football Federation (FFF), the governing body for football in France. It is a member of UEFA in Europe and FIFA in global competitions.

The France women’s national football team represents France in international women’s football. The team is governed by the French Football Federation (FFF).

The France national under-21 football team, known in France as Les Espoirs, is the national under-21 football team of France and is controlled by the French Football Federation (FFF). The team competes in the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship, held every two years.

Nyon (Switzerland)-based the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) is one of six continental bodies of governance in association football. It governs football, futsal and beach football in Europe and the transcontinental countries of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, and Kazakhstan, as well as some Asian countries such as Israel, Cyprus and Armenia. The UEFA consists of 55 national association members. Because of the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, the FIFA and UEFA suspended all Russian national teams and clubs from any FIFA and UEFA competitions.

‘dayFREURO’ quoted Philippe Diallo, Acting President of the FFF, as stating, “With this new method of allocating stadiums, our three major teams have a clear concept of their home matches for the next season.”
