Dr. Bernie Mullin has over 30 years of experience at the highest level of the sport and entertainment industry as a chief executive or senior director in iconic brands and organizations in professional sports, collegiate athletics, and entertainment venue operation. He was CEO of the NBA’S Atlanta Hawks, NHL’s Atlanta Thrashers and world-class Philips Arena (now State Farm Arena). Previously he was SVP Marketing and Team Business at the NBA and SVP Business for the Colorado Rockies and Pittsburgh Pirates of MLB.

Bernie is Founder & Chairman of The Aspire Group. The Aspire Group works with best of brand sport and entertainment industry partners such as the NFL and the LA Chargers and Rams, the NBA and the Charlotte Hornets and Detroit Pistons, the NHL and MLB’s Cleveland Indians and LA Dodgers. In his career, he has specialized predominantly in start-ups and turn-around situations, building winning organizations on the field, court, and ice as well as developing sustained peak performing organizations taking people and teams to unprecedented levels of success.
