John D’Arcy has 30 years policing experience in London the majority of which was in Public Order policing. John had 10 years in a Command Team role at Notting Hill Carnival as well as other events such as London 2012. Since retirement from the Police, John moved into Stadium safety and security as has held department lead roles at Millwall FC, Southampton FC and currently at Fulham FC where he has been a part of the team delivering the Fulham Pier. John is also a Safety and Security Advisor for the English Football League.
