Tom Yearley is Head of Energy & Environment at the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon), responsible for decarbonising venue operations and advancing nature and resource stewardship across the Championships estate. His remit spans energy strategy, event time efficiency and resilience, helping deliver a better fan experience while cutting carbon and cost.
Previously Director of Energy & Environmental Sustainability at UPP, he pioneered Passivhaus led campus transformation and co authored sector insights on building net zero campuses. At the University of Oxford he helped shape the Environmental Sustainability Strategy and advanced rigorous carbon accounting across scopes 1–3. A Chartered Environmentalist and Chartered Energy Manager (FIEMA, MEI) and Non Executive Director at The Energy Consortium.
