As Head of Venue Operations at “The Kallang” (formerly the Singapore Sports Hub), Mitch brings his international experience in leading the event and daily delivery across the 42 hectares and 8 x world class venues – including Singapore’s 55,000 capacity National Stadium.

With its unique positioning as the crossroads of East and West, The Kallang has enhanced its unique positioning hosting the likes of Taylor Swift, Coldplay, U2 as well as Asian concerts including BTS, Blackpink and Jay Chou. Combining this all together with the best of sports (World Aquatics Championships, Rugby 7’s, World Table Tennis) and community activations including hosting Pope Francis for his papal visit and holy mass in the National Stadium to over 50,000 followers. The award winning Venue Operations team of The Kallang focus not only on in-venue customer experience but the end-to-end experience across the site.

With experience as an event and venue management professional across a range of countries and world class venues, his work has included diverse projects in United Kingdom, Asia and the Middle East including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Sydney’s Stadium Australia, 2006 Doha Asian Games and Federation Square Melbourne.
