As Director of Analysis and Planning Operations, Maria supports all Operations lines of business by ensuring projects and programs are strategically planned, executed, and delivered in line with stakeholder expectations, scope, schedule, and budget. Maria oversees key deliverables including capital planning, operational budgeting, analysis and reporting, and strategic plan development.

She has served as a member of the Cubs DEI Council and co-chaired the organization’s Women’s Business Resource Group since joining the Cubs in 2016. Maria is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and recently achieved her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. As a leader, she strives to act as a steward to a brand that brings positive impact to the world.
