Beatrice Caliani am a French-Brazilian, currently Assistant General Manager of Chicago Stars FC in the NWSL. Her role spans roster and salary cap management, stakeholder relations – from agents to the League Office to clubs worldwide – and coordination of the club’s sporting staff. She is currently serving in an expanded interim leadership capacity during a period of transition that includes major infrastructure investment in a new training facility and a move to a new stadium home.

Before moving to the United States, Beatrice built her career across elite European football and major international events, including the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and UEFA Women’s EURO 2025, as well as time at OL Lyonnes working closely with the club’s sporting direction. A FIFA Master graduate, she began her career in institutional and international relations with the French Football Federation.
