Declan is a Global Director and Senior Principal at Populous, and acting as General Manager for Populous Italia, Espana and Deutschland. Most recently, he led the design of the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester – the UK’s largest indoor arena and Europe’s most sustainable. He is currently leading major projects including stadiums in Italy, Munich’s MUCcc Arena, Cardiff Arena and the Cork Events Centre.
