Hannah Buckley brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the football industry, having held senior roles at The Football Association and within the charitable sector. She has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of capital projects—ranging from grassroots initiatives to major professional developments—across the UK.

Currently serving as Head of Infrastructure for the Barclays Women’s Super League, the most followed women’s football league globally, Hannah has spent the past seven years driving innovation and elevating standards across the sport. Her work has been instrumental in shaping the future of the women’s game, including the launch of the first stadium design guidance tailored specifically for women’s football, developed in collaboration with leading industry experts.

To date, Hannah has overseen more than £500 million in investment into football facilities nationwide. She also holds non-executive director positions with the Cymru Football Foundation and Somerset County Cricket Club, contributing strategic insight and governance expertise.
