1. You understand that your delegate pass is non-transferable nor refundable. And you acknowledge and agree that you may not assist any other individual in impersonating you to access this event. The Coliseum team reserves the right to verify your identity at any time during the conference. Any such action will result in immediate removal from the event and legal action may be taken against you.

2. You understand and agree that you may not share the information, case studies content, exclusive announcements, special projects updates or projects internal information that were shared during Coliseum Summits. All information shared during the conference is strictly confidential and for the ears of the registered attendees only. Any violation of this rule may result in legal action.

3. You acknowledge that the Coliseum team has the right to cancel your registration before the event, and is not obligated to give a reason or justification for the cancellation. If your registration is cancelled, a refund will be provided within 20 business days.

4. You acknowledge that the Coliseum team reserves the right to modify or cancel the event, and any such modifications or cancellations will not be considered a breach of these terms and conditions.

5. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your attendance at the event.

6. You acknowledge that your attendance at the event is at your own risk, and the Coliseum team will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage that you may incur during the event.

7. Promotional Activities and Unauthorised Showcasing: Delegates who are not official sponsors of the Coliseum Summit are strictly prohibited from bringing into the event premises, displaying, distributing, promoting, or showcasing any products, services, promotional materials, brochures, merchandise, branded items, marketing collateral, or other commercial or promotional materials. This includes the wearing or use of branded clothing, accessories, or items for the purpose of promoting a company, product, service, or organisation. The Coliseum Summit is an exclusive industry event and is not a trade show or open exhibition. All showcasing, product promotion, distribution of promotional materials, or other commercial activity is strictly reserved for authorised sponsors and partners. Any delegate found engaging in unauthorised promotional activity or showcasing may be immediately asked to cease such activity and, where necessary, may be escorted from the event premises without refund or compensation. The organisers reserve the right to determine, at their sole discretion, whether any item, activity, clothing, or material constitutes unauthorised promotion or commercial activity.
