Raiders clinch industrial facility lease

Las Vegas Raiders leasing industrial plot next to stadium

NBC & LV Review-Journal

A decade-long lease has been secured by the Las Vegas Raiders on an industrial complex across the street from Allegiant Stadium in US.

The Willmore Industrial Team at Colliers International, Las Vegas, secured the Las Vegas Raiders a new lease for the ±33,040-square-foot industrial property at 5525 Polaris Avenue in Las Vegas.

The Willmore industrial team, which includes Dean Willmore, Alex Stanisic, Lauren Willmore, Mike Willmore, and Stacy Shapiro, represented the landlord of the property, Polaris Office Warehouse, LLC, in the lease transaction that provides the Raiders with a new office and warehouse facility directly across the street from Allegiant Stadium.

The Las Vegas Raiders are a professional American football team based in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. The Raiders compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the league’s American Football Conference (AFC) West division. Their residence is the swanky Allegiant Stadium.

The brand-new Allegiant Stadium is a domed stadium located in Paradise, Nevada, United States, and is a sight to behold.

The leading real estate professional services and investment management company Colliers International-Las Vegas helped the team with the 10-year lease. Colliers International has operations in 68 countries.

The team plans to use the office and warehouse space for Raiders/Allegiant Stadium employee check-in, vendor use and storage, as per Raiders President Marc Badain.

The space already is being used by the Raiders and CAA Icon, one of the project managers for the plush arena, for daily duties while the stadium is being completed.

Allegiant Stadium, the massive, nearly $2 billion dollar project next to the Las Vegas Strip is mostly completed, but the future of in-person events is in limbo. The project took about five million work hours and two and a half years to complete.

A statement sent out by Colliers International-Las Vegas Executive Vice-President Dean Willmore stated, “We are very honored and excited to have had the privilege to represent such a historic real estate transaction for Southern Nevada. The Las Vegas Raiders will have a very positive impact on the Las Vegas community and their new state-of-the-art stadium will forever change the Las Vegas skyline.”
