Erin Nourijanian has spent her career building brands that fill seats, drive revenue, and leave a lasting impression on fans. As VP of Marketing at UBS Arena, she helped launch one of the most celebrated new arenas from the ground up, building the foundation for how UBS Arena shows up in market and connects with audiences across the New York area. From brand identity and digital platforms to premium and event marketing.

Before UBS Arena, Erin led the full brand transformation at NYCB LIVE following a major renovation, earning the Discover Long Island Tourism Trailblazer Award twice. Earlier in her career, she was part of the team at Webster Hall that earned Pollstar’s Nightclub of the Year in 2016.

Outside of the day-to-day, Erin teaches undergraduate Marketing at Hofstra University, and was named LI Herald’s Premier Business Woman of the Year in Marketing Excellence for 2026.
