Jim Renne is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director of AECOM Sports with nearly 30 years of experience spanning sports venue design, construction, operations, finance and real estate development.

With a dual background as architect and owner’s representative, he helps clients maximize fan experience, revenue generation and long-term asset value. His portfolio spans NFL, NBA, NHL, WNBA, MLB, MLS, USL and global football, featuring iconic projects such as the LA Lakers’ UCLA Health Training Facility, NASCAR’s Daytona Rising redevelopment, and advisory roles for the Chicago Bears, Arizona Diamondbacks and Indy Eleven FC. Twice recognized by Sports Business Journal as a “Top 50 Power Player in Sports Development,” Mr. Renne brings strategic vision and creative design thinking to guide clients and stakeholders through the full venue and development lifecycle.

Jim is a member of the global council of the Association of Luxury Suite Directors and the Urban Land Institute Entertainment Development Council. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan.
