Katie Pandolfo is one of the rare leaders in sports and entertainment to have experience that spans across all major league sports including MLB, NFL, MLS, NHL, NBA and WNBA.

In coming to Crypto.com Arena as General Manager in 2025, Pandolfo embraced a new era of the iconic AEG-owned arena, which opened in 1999 as STAPLES Center, and the ongoing revitalization of Downtown Los Angeles. As Crypto.com Arena wrapped up a four-year, multi-million-dollar renovation project that leans heavily into elevated hospitality and optimizing the overall guest experience in 2026, the neighboring Los Angeles Convention Center broke ground on a multi-billion-dollar expansion and modernization, which is set to be completed for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Bringing more than two decades of experience in sports and entertainment to her role at Crypto.com Arena, Pandolfo jumped right in with the Los Angeles Sparks’ 2025 season and the kick-off of the Los Angeles Lakers and LA Kings 2025-2026 season. She’s also overseen numerous events since then including family events like Monster Jam and Disney on Ice, sold-out headlining concerts with Laufey, G-Dragon, Benson Boone, Sleep Token, a six-evening residency with pop superstar Sabrina Carpenter, and Music’s Biggest Night, as Crypto.com Arena is the home of the annual GRAMMY Awards.

Pandolfo leads by example, encouraging idea-sharing and conversations with an open-door office policy. While striving for unreasonable hospitality for all Crypto.com Arena guests, she also encourages staff to prioritize health and wellness with initiatives like the company-wide, two-mile Crypto.com Arena Climb inside of the venue, as well as taking quality time away from the office to be with friends and family.

Early in her career, Pandolfo worked in event operations for the Los Angeles Dodgers before landing at The Home Depot Center (now Dignity Health Sports Park) in Carson where she worked with the MLS’ LA Galaxy and later the NFL’s Los Angeles Chargers, who called DHSP home for three seasons (2017-2019) before moving on to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. The DHSP complex also hosted tennis, rugby and numerous other sporting events and concerts. Pandolfo worked at DHSP for 21 years, becoming General Manager in 2009.
