Rebecca Metze is the Senior Manager of Premium Seating Service for the Chicago White Sox, where she oversees the service, retention, and experience strategy for the club’s Premium Season Ticket holders and Leased Suites holders.

Prior to joining the White Sox, Rebecca held roles with the Chicago Blackhawks and the Florida Panthers, including supporting the planning and operations for the 2015 NHL Draft. With more than 13 years of experience in client service, account retention, and VIP hospitality across the MLB and the NHL, Rebecca has developed and enhanced premium membership programs focused on delivering personalized experience, driving long-term loyalty, and supporting revenue growth.
