Sasha Tillmann is Business Development & Strategy Director at Journey, a global design studio specializing in multidimensional experiences, destination strategy, and the future of the built environment. Journey’s portfolio includes Sphere, the London 2012 Olympic Opening Ceremony, F1 The Exhibition, and experiences for the Dallas Cowboys, with work spanning live events, exhibitions, sports venues, and immersive experiences worldwide. At Journey, Sasha leads partnerships and growth initiatives across sports, entertainment, hospitality, and culture, with a particular focus on transforming traditional venues into experience-driven destinations.

With a background in architecture, real estate development, and experience strategy, Sasha brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the future of venues and mixed-use destinations. Prior to joining Journey, she held strategy leadership roles at Gensler, helping organizations align business objectives with placemaking, audience engagement, and experience design.

Her work sits at the intersection of design, technology, storytelling, and programming, exploring how venues can create deeper connections between people and place.
