The Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) earlier this month announced their partnership with leading sports fan experience data provider IdealSeat with an eye to enhance their game day feel. With this partnership with the fan intelligence platform, the Jaguars also aim to increase the ticket sales, the Jacksonville Business Journal reported.

The deal will enable the Jaguars to search for tickets based on desired in-stadium experiences ensuring game day meets their expectations every Sunday.

IdealSeat uses the fan experience data to find the best seats in the stadium based on their preferred experience. Whether the customers are looking for the best section to cheer for their team, sun or shade, family-friendly seating, seats near their favourite concessions or want to catch a foul ball or home run, IdealSeat’s Fan IntelligenceTM data covers all aspects of a game.

CEO of IdealSeat, Joel Carben said, “The Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the most innovative franchises in the NFL and a perfect fit for IdealSeat’s technology. Their focus on fan experience is at the highest level, and why they are a perennial leader both on-and-off the field.”

The Jaguars’ ticketing staff is already using the IdealSeat platform to book tickets for the fans by assisting them to choose their preferred seats at the stadium.

Jaguars Senior Vice President of Sales and Service and Chief Content Officer, Chad Johnson said, “Since 2012, TIAA Bank Field has undergone several renovations to create several unique seating options for Jaguars fans. The IdealSeat technology empowers our staff to assist fans in making data-driven decisions customized to their unique needs.”
