‘Coliseum’s’ forte lies in its international conferences held every year. Due to the unique nature of its seminars, Coliseum is a trailblazer in this field.

However, the outbreak of COVID-19 globally has had severe impact on the sports venue sector and today hybrid meetings are the catchphrase. The pandemic has induced ‘Coliseum’ to hold the US conference in the online format.

After the first appearance of ‘Coliseum’ in the US in 2015, this year the same will be held in the virtual mode – Coliseum Online Week US Worldwide – from October 19-23, 2020.

The catastrophic fallout of the pandemic will be discussed in the online conference due to which one of the conference segments has been adjusted to HEALTH, SAFETY & SECURITY.

However, the main objective of the ‘Coliseum Summits’ is to provide a platform to the sports venue sector cognoscenti to discuss among themselves the challenges they are facing and what are the lessons learned.

This year being all about the disastrous consequences of COVID-19 does not mean that ‘Coliseum Online Week US’ will focus solely on this topic. Several other issues faced by the sports venue sector will be discussed for which the conference structure has been kept with 11 different segments and there is an impressive line-up of Speakers.

To name a few: Bill Mannarelli, FC Barcelona (Spain), Tom Pistore, UBS Arena (US), Jeff Berding, FC Cincinnati (US), Chuck Olney, Denver Broncos (US), Allen Johnson, Orlando Venues (US), Julie Giese, Phoenix Raceway (US), Omar Mitchell, NHL (US), Raul Gutierrez, Allegiant Stadium (US), Todd Humphrey, Seattle Kraken (US), Brett Johnson, Phoenix Rising (US), and Benny Tran, LAFC (US).

A big shoutout to Coliseum US Online Conference sponsorsL-Acoustics, Aecom, Vector Foiltec, Adamson Systems, JLL, Fumi-gate, Series Seating, SSTC Inc., and Appetize Technologies.

Coliseum’ hopes that the coronavirus dust will settle down and it can return to Los Angeles, United States, next year by August end or beginning of September for the physical version of the conference.
