Dubailand largest park

Dubai is building the city’s largest public park in Dubailand, which will be home to 55 playgrounds, 45 sports ground, 5 major events areas and space for shops restaurants and cafes.

The public park will cover 1.4 million square meters and will have 30 kilometers of pathways, 20km of jogging track, more than 14km of cycle tracks and 7km of nature trails.

The first phase of construction, covering 318,000 square meter, will commence later this year. Once complete, the new park will be almost equal to the size of London’s Hyde Park spread across 350 acres and three times bigger than Dubai’s Zabeel Park.

In addition to being a sports and entertainment destination, the park will provide a platform for innovation and smart-solutions, including sustainable on-site power generation, waste recycling and natural shading. The park will also have smart cards for ticketing, purchasing and Wi-Fi connectivity throughout.
