Sarah Batters has joined the Premier League team – Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club – for the next few months as a Strategic Development Consultant.

Sarah Batters is the former Director of Marketing & Partnerships with the EFL Championship team Southampton Football Club with 17 years of diverse experience across branding, commercial marketing, digital media, partnership sales, and management.

She boasts broad consumer and market experience across client side, agency and rights holder roles. Batters have a huge passion for women’s football, and have been a strong voice in how to commercialize the women’s game.
