Coliseum Global Sports Venue Alliance (Coliseum GSVA) is looking for a talented and reliable Graphic Designer to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to produce high-quality visual and video content for international sports, venue, business and industry events.

Most importantly, this role requires excellent time management, reliability and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. We are looking for someone who can take a brief, manage their workload and deliver work on time without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, events and marketing materials.
• Design event branding, promotional materials, digital assets, banners, brochures and other communications materials.
• Edit short- and long-form video content for events, interviews, social media and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos and motion graphics.
• Work with event photography and video footage to produce polished marketing content.
• Adapt designs and videos to different platforms and formats.
• Maintain consistency with Coliseum GSVA’s brand identity.
• Work closely with the marketing and events teams to understand creative briefs and deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise work according to urgency.
• Organise design files, project assets and completed work professionally.
• Make revisions efficiently based on feedback.
• Support the team with urgent creative requirements around international events and summits.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor or Graphic Designer & Video Editor.
• Advanced knowledge of:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, composition and branding.
• Strong video editing skills with a good understanding of pacing, transitions, sound and storytelling.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Excellent time management and ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle several projects at the same time without compromising quality.
