Sacramento Republic FC partners with Levy for new stadium Image: Sacramento Republic FC

The United Soccer League (USL) Championship team Sacramento Republic FC recently announced that Levy has been selected to lead the food, beverage and hospitality experience at the club’s new stadium currently under construction – the Republic Stadium at the Railyards in Sacramento (US) – set to open in 2028.
 

Crafting Culinary Experience

‘SACRAMENTO REPUBLIC FC’ stated that Levy, the market leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, will work closely with the Sacramento Republic FC to craft a culinary experience showcasing the best of Sacramento and Northern California in every aspect, from the famed local restaurants in concessions and farm-to-table local sourcing to the dining destinations designed for convenience, speed and affordability. The new stadium will be a true showcase for premier hospitality and fan experiences in the heart of downtown Sacramento.

The Sacramento Republic FC is an American professional soccer team based in Sacramento, California (US) that competes in the Western Conference of the USL Championship, the second level of US soccer.

The Heart Health Park is a sports venue located on the grounds of Cal Expo in Sacramento, California, United States. The soccer-specific stadium has a capacity of 11,569 and includes a full-sized (120 x 80 yard) soccer field. It serves as the home pitch of the Sacramento Republic FC.

The Republic FC Stadiumat The Railyards, also known as simply the Republic FC Stadium, is a 20,000-seat soccer-specific stadium currently under construction in Sacramento, California (US). It will serve as the home for the Sacramento Republic FC.

We’re bringing the region to life through truly farm-to-table menus and elevated culinary service. This is a house built for Sacramento and a home stadium that sets a new bar for matchday hospitality.”
 

‘Food and Drink Culture’

‘SACRAMENTO REPUBLIC FC’ further stated that creating an enhanced fan experience is at the center of the Sacramento Republic FC’s vision for its 20,000-seat home. Levy’s depth of knowledge will elevate the Republic FC’s venue to the top tier of global soccer with Sacramento’s diverse and nationally celebrated food and drink culture impacting every element of food and beverage (F&B) on matchday. Levy has had a hand in shaping the hospitality experience at many of the most innovative new soccer venues built over the last decade, from the 22,423-capacity Energizer Park in St. Louis and the 26,000-capacity TQL Stadium in Cincinnati to Austin’s 20,738-capacity Q2 Stadium, among others.
 

Culinary Creativity

The fan experience at the Republic FC matches will be crafted with Levy’s culinary creativity, insights and the best-in-class technology from the elite soccer-first venues around the globe.
 
In the coming months the Sacramento Republic FC and Levy will share additional information about:

  • Concessions menus that are tailored by season, incorporating the local chefs and the restaurants;
  • A premium, all-inclusive hospitality experience that will reflect the theme of ‘Sacramento Elegance’ which influenced the design of all the clubs, the lounges and the suites throughout the venue;
  • Approachable yet elevated takes on the stadium classic fare – signature items like hot dogs, chicken tenders and burgers combining flavor and value for the fans throughout the stadium;
  • A robust network of over 50 concession stands and carts including more than a dozen grab and go speed lanes with expedited self-checkout to get fans in their seats and back to the action; and
  • A year-round culinary program for the private and the group events on non-matchdays that will become a national standard for hospitality.

 
The Republic Preview Center will open in late September and provide the season ticket members, the depositors and the fans with an inside look at what the club’s new home will have to offer.
