Arena Group partners with Everclime Image: Arena Group

The events services company Arena Group and the sustainability platform Everclime announced recently an exciting, long-term strategic partnership bringing together world-class event management experience with Everclime’s revolutionary impact platform.

‘Arena Group’ stated that the partnership will support Arena’s clients and events engage their audiences in positive impact action through Everclime’s Impact Certificates and interactive technologies, as well as traditional social and digital channels.

The UK-based Arena Group is an event services company that specializes in designing, delivering and managing temporary event equipment. They work with sporting organizations, cultural events, venues, and brands around the world.

Terry Smith, Managing Director Global Seating, Arena Group, UK, is a Member of Coliseum – Global Sports Venue Alliance.

Perth (Australia)-based Everclime is a sustainability platform that connects consumers, employees and business stakeholders with impact projects. Everclime’s mission is to bring sustainability and impact action into daily lives.

‘Arena Group’ further stated that audiences will be rewarded for engaging with Impact via discounts, offers and prize draw opportunities – enabling consumers to take an active role in ensuring impact contribution is delivered by their favorite events. The Everclime and the Arena Group have already begun working on this year’s upcoming ice rink season, for which the Everclime will provide an emission assessment on the carbon impact of the respective rinks and publish the details.

The Arena Group and partners will contribute toward the resulting cost of the impact action – a blend of carbon and nature-based impact projects – to ensure a more sustainable event is delivered.

Skaters will see the impact made on their behalf by Arena and partners in the form of an Everclime Impact Certificate – accessed via email and the Everclime App – consequently receiving access to desirable rewards for engaging.

Said Paul Berger, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Arena, “Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Arena. Through continual innovation and working closely with the clients, we are minimizing our environmental impact and making a positive contribution to the communities close to our operations. We are delighted to enter into this exciting partnership with Everclime, as we look to deliver ever more sustainable projects moving forward.”

Stated Joely Sockett, Group Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability Lead, Arena Group, “This is a really exciting move for Arena, demonstrating our commitment to creating a positive impact on the events sector and engaging a variety of stakeholders on this journey.”

Added Sebastian Gray, Founder and head honcho of Everclime, “The partnership with the global events leader, the Arena Group, marks a significant milestone in the industry’s journey toward a sustainable future. And we are delighted to deploy Everclime’s technology across Arena Group’s global client landscape.”

Together, the Arena Group and Everclime will increase the legacy of impact funding and action across iconic events worldwide, to ensure we are collectively working toward a positive future aligned to global sustainability development goals (SDGs).
