HyperX, Allied Esports in naming deal

HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company Inc. and Allied Esports, a global Esports entertainment company have announced an exclusive naming rights partnership and multiyear agreement, according to media reports.

The Allied Sports global flagship property which is located at the Luxor Hotel and Casino is now named the HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas. It will be the first dedicated Esports venue on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to the multiyear agreement, Allied Esports and HyperX will produce co-branded events and content. It will also involve them working together to maintain a prominent retail presence in Las Vegas.

The new deal is an expansion on a partnership already existing between Allied Esports and HyperX earlier this year. HyperX became the Official Peripheral and Arena Partner of the as Vegas Arena. They provided gamers with HyperX headsets, keyboards, mice and mouse pads for Esports tournaments, special events and daily play.

HyperX also sponsored Allied Esports’ North American mobile Esports truck which stopped at various events like E3, VidCon and Comic-Con.

The new HyperX Esports Arena Las Vegas since opening in March 2018 has already become a global destination for Esports fans, teams, players and streamers. The venue has up till now put on popular Esports entertainment events and productions in various game genres and titles since its opening including Ninja Vegas ’18, which stars the streaming sensation Tyler “Ninja” Blevins.

It has recently announced two major events, League of Legends All-Star 2018 and CapcomCup 2018 to be held in December this year. The nightly tournaments like Friday Frags and Saturday Night Speedway have become the hotbed of Las Vegas video gaming scene at the venue. It was also named the Venue of the Year at the 2018 Tempest Awards.
