Major League Baseball (MLB) World Tour: The London (UK) Series is back in 2024 as the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies meet in a two-game regular-season series from June 8th-9th.

‘Major League Baseball’ stated that following the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs facing off in 2023, the MLB is bringing the best of baseball back to the London Stadium as these NL East rivals go head to head.

New York (US)-based Major League Baseball (MLB) is a professional baseball league. One of the major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada, the MLB comprises 30 teams, divided equally between the National League (NL) and the American League (AL), with 29 in the United States and 1 in Canada.

The MLB London Series is an arrangement for Major League Baseball (MLB) to play select regular season games at the London Stadium in London, England (UK).

The New York Mets are an American professional baseball team based in the New York City borough of Queens. The Mets compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member of the National League East division. They are one of two major league clubs based in New York City, the other being the American League’s New York Yankees. Their home venue is the 41,800-capacity Citi Field in New York.

The Philadelphia Phillies are an American professional baseball team based in Philadelphia. The Phillies compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member of the National League East division. Since 2004, the team’s home stadium has been the 42,901-capacity Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia.

The 80,000-capacity London Stadium is a multipurpose outdoor stadium at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in the Stratford district of London (UK). It is located in the Lower Lea Valley, six miles East of Central London.

The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is a sporting complex and public park in Stratford, Hackney Wick, Leyton and Bow, in East London (UK). It was purpose-built for the 2012 Summer Olympics and Paralympics, situated adjacent to the Stratford City development (mixed-use development).

‘Major League Baseball’ further stated that expect New York and Philadelphia-inspired ballpark food, live entertainment and box-office baseball drama to be hitting the capital again!

Tickets are on sale now. Prices start from £19.50 for children and £39 for adults.
