NFL 2025 international schedule announced Image: Coliseum GSVA

The National Football League (NFL) announced on May 13th the schedule for the 2025 International Games that will be played across Europe in Dublin, Ireland, London, United Kingdom, Berlin, Germany, and Madrid, Spain – as part of the league’s long-term commitment to global expansion driving year-round engagement in the international markets.

‘NFL’ stated that on September 28th the Pittsburgh Steelers will face the Minnesota Vikings at the 82,300-capacity Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland, in the country’s first-ever regular season NFL game.

New York (US)-based the National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league in the United States. Composed of 32 teams it is divided equally between the American Football Conference and the National Football Conference.

‘NFL’ further stated that the Vikings will then travel to London to play the Cleveland Browns at the 62,850-capacity Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – the only purpose-built NFL stadium outside of the United States – on October 5th which sees the team play two consecutive international games. This game will also be the 40th regular season game to be played in the UK capital London.

The New York Jets will then take on the Denver Broncos on October 12th also at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

For the first time in Berlin, Germany, the Indianapolis Colts will host the Atlanta Falcons at the 74,475-capacity Olympic Stadium Berlin on November 9th. The 2025 Berlin game is part of the NFL’s commitment to playing regular season games across Germany and will be the fifth regular season game in the market with the league having previously played games in Munich and Frankfurt.

The 2025 international slate will culminate in Madrid, Spain, on November 16th with the Miami Dolphins taking on the Washington Commanders at the 78,297-capacity Bernabéu Stadium, home of the LaLiga team Real Madrid CF, in the league’s first-ever regular season game in Spain.

The Los Angeles Chargers will kick off the 2025 International Games Week 1 of the regular season on September 5th in São Paulo, Brazil, at the 49,205-capacity Corinthians Arena. The opponent for this game will be announced on May 14th with the full 2025 NFL schedule release.
