Tepper Sports & Entertainment (TSE) plans to open a new interactive experience sales center near Bank of America Stadium ahead of the 2026 Carolina Panthers season.

Axios Charlotte said the Bank of America Stadium Experience Center is one of many sales experience centers popping up nationwide as a way for teams to upsell tickets.

They provide an immersive way for fans to experience what luxury seating feels like, for instance, and to relive memorable moments at the stadium.

Bank of America Stadium is currently undergoing an $800 million renovation project which is scheduled to complete in 2030.

The Carolina Panthers are a professional American football team based in Charlotte, North Carolina (US). The Panthers compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the National Football Conference (NFC) South Division.

The Bank of America Stadium is a 74,867-seat multipurpose stadium located on 33 acres (13 ha) in the uptown section of Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. It is the home and headquarters of the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL) and Charlotte FC of Major League Soccer (MLS).

Stadium improvements will include new seating, improved and updated lighting, restrooms, audio and video systems, concessions areas and concourses.

Back-of-house upgrades will include electrical, heating and cooling systems. Other enhancements include new escalators and elevators.

The renovations will feature a state-of-the-art sound system, scoreboards and LED boards, updated bathrooms, faster escalators, and new seats throughout the stadium.

There are also plans to create gathering spaces outside the stadium and turn a section of the upper deck into a “social patio” with views of Charlotte’s skyline.

Construction is slated to start in 2026 following a 10- to 12-month design phase. The renovations are expected to be completed by 2029.

The roughly 15,700-square-foot experience center will include a replicated suite and club lounge, plus an interactive stadium model.

A hologram room will also be available where visitors can hear from season ticket holders and players about the stadium’s transformation.

A memory bank will highlight past events at the stadium, from the 2015 NFC Championship game to Charlotte FC’s inaugural match to Beyoncé’s 2023 concert.

The space will also house roughly 100 TSE employees and their sales office for both the Panthers and Charlotte FC. TSE is working with Nashville-based design firm Advent on the project.

Mooresville-based Lowe’s has been named the stadium’s official renovation partner, meaning it’ll provide materials for the project.

Bank of America Stadium Experience Center will open at 720 S. Church St. in the Legacy Union building later this summer.

TSE has a 48-month lease agreement with Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership for the space.
