Plans revealed for new Lima Music Arena

Live Nation has put in plans to develop the Lima Music Arena, a new 18,500 capacity indoor venue in Santiago de Surco, Peru.

Live Nation said that as Peru’s first indoor arena designed for live entertainment, Lima Music Arena is expected to host more than 100 shows each year, featuring global touring acts, national headliners, and local artists.

Located next to Jockey Plaza, the arena will be part of one of Lima’s most vibrant entertainment districts.

Plans include a new parking garage and dedicated rideshare and taxi zones, along with direct links to major arterials and public transit, ensuring easy access for fans.

Blueprint Studio, Live Nation’s in-house design group, is leading the project alongside Gensler, Lima-based Miranda Arquitectos, and BL Arquitectos.

Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. is an American multinational entertainment company that was founded in 2010 following the merger of Live Nation and Ticketmaster. It promotes, operates and manages ticket sales for live entertainment internationally. It also owns and operates entertainment venues.

Live Nation further stated that designed for fans and artists, the arena will feature superior acoustics and clear sightlines from every seat, along with a variety of concessions and bars inspired by Lima’s internationally renowned food and beverage scene.

Targeting a mid-2028 opening, Live Nation says it will continue to work closely with the municipalities of Santiago de Surco and Lima to follow all required steps and ensure the project meets the needs of both residents and fans.
