A few weeks back, the National Football League (NFL) team Tennessee Titans (US) released the original renderings of how their proposed new stadium is likely to look once it’s built if approved, and recently the team revealed updated renderings of the planned venue.

‘USA Today’ stated that there are a total of 10 pictures that include renderings of how the stadium will look from the exterior, as well as the upper deck patio area. The featured images also include a variety of other shots that paint a better picture of how the stadium will look during events such as Titans games and concerts.

The Tennessee Titans are a professional American football team based in Nashville, Tennessee, US. The Titans compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member club of the American Football Conference South division, and play their home games at the Nissan Stadium.

The 69,143-capacity Nissan Stadium is a multipurpose stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Owned by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, it is primarily used for football and is the home field of the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL) and the Tigers of Tennessee State University.

The planned arena would encompass 1.7 million square feet with a capacity of approximately 60,000.

‘USA Today’ further stated that the most noteworthy of the new pictures that were released were those that gave a better perspective of how the stadium will look from a distance with the Nashville skyline in the background.

Some of the other notable features that are set to be included in the venue that will hold approximately 60,000:

  • Exterior terraces and porches with panoramic views of Nashville that will serve as social space during event days;
  • A circular-shaped, high-tech ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) translucent roof;
  • Improved sightlines for all spectators through diverse viewing experiences; and
  • High-tech and sustainable materials throughout the building.
