Live Nation to operate Westcourt in Orlando Image: Westcourt Project

Live Nation, the world’s largest live entertainment organization, will open a new state-of-the-art concert venue at the Westcourt mixed-use project in downtown Orlando (Florida, US).

‘GOTTA GO ORLANDO’ stated that the 65,000 square foot live events venue promises guests an immersive entertainment experience at the 3,500-seat capacity live events venue.

Beverly Hills (US)-based the Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. is an American multinational entertainment company that was founded in 2010 following the merger of Live Nation and Ticketmaster. It promotes, operates and manages ticket sales for live entertainment internationally.

The Westcourt Orlando is an upcoming mixed-use development located in downtown Orlando (US). The project includes a full-service hotel, high-rise residential, office space, meeting space, retail, a live events venue, and parking.

‘GOTTA GO ORLANDO’ further stated that in addition to an array of concerts this versatile space will also be able to host galas, banquets, product launches, private events, and much more.

The Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer made the announcement during his annual State of Downtown address recently at the 20,000-capacity Kia Center.

In addition to the new Live Nation entertainment venue, Westcourt’s new mixed-use sports and entertainment development will offer a variety of expansive experiences for the visitors and the locals alike including the recently announced 261-room, 11-story Kimpton Hotel.

Situated on an eight-acre site bounded by the Church Street to the South, the Division Avenue to the West, the Central Boulevard to the North, and the Hughey Avenue to the East, the Westcourt will also integrate 265 best-in-market multifamily rental units atop the hotel.

The project will also feature up to 300,000 square feet of office space and a 120,000 square foot retail offering dedicated to providing best-in-class dining and entertainment.

The Westcourt is being developed by the National Basketball Association (NBA) team Orlando Magic and the DeVos family, Owners of the Orlando Magic, and is expected to create 3,400 jobs in downtown Orlando with a projected completed date of March 2027.
