The University of Louisville (UofL) has announced it will further develop its partnership with ANC to install and operate three new video display systems at the Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium according to an ANC press release.

ANC which is a venue technology service provider for stadiums, entertainment facilities, transportation hubs, and retail venues will be partnering for the third venue with Louisville for a video technology upgrade. There is also an agreement on a 12 year service between the two to maintain and operate all their video systems.

The display networks will be composed of over 8,000 sq. ft. of LED with 23.32’ high by 91.34 wide screen located in the South Endzone and two 37.80’ high by 80.00’ wide screens in the North Endzone. The installation will also include 20mm LED ribbon displays with two displays (3.15’ high by 199.48’ wide) in the North Endzone, one display (3.15’ high by 344.36’ wide) on the East Sideline and one display (3.15’ high by 344.36’ wide) on the West Sideline. The work on these new displays will be completed before the start of the season.

To go along with its visual upgrade, ANC will also install a new audio system to enhance the whole audio-video experience of the stadium. The displays will be seamlessly synchronized using the ANC award-winning vSOFTTM operating system. During its 12 year service contract, ANC will operate these video displays during the live events as well as all UofL home games.

ANC has partnered with the UofL for past three years to manage their video displays for soccer, baseball and softball stadiums. The 61,000 capacity Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium which is home to UofL Football and hosts various events like concerts and auto shows will be the third venue for their partnership.
