Allegiant Stadium is yet to open its doors to the public, but the Raiders’ new food and beverage partner – Levy – recently laid a spread for hundreds of construction workers.

The workers were served lunch by the Chicago-based hospitality company Levy at the construction site itself.

Construction work of the $2 billion, 65,000-capacity indoor stadium of the Raiders is on at Interstate 15 and Russell Road.

Just after the first plate was distributed, the Raiders officially declared Levy as the contracted food-service vendor for stadium concessions, clubs, bars, suites and premium spaces.

Nothing has been made public as to the terms of the collaboration with Levy which specializes in providing food and beverage to major entertainment and sport venues.

The Raiders and Levy, which provides the food service for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, aim to take on board the crème-de-la-crème of chefs, restaurateurs and mixologists in Las Vegas so as to give a local flavor in the stadium.

To develop customized experiences and leverage market intelligence, Levy plans to employ its tech and analytics subsidiary, E15 Group, who best showcases the local market and fan base.

The president and CEO of Levy, Andy Lansing, said the stadium is “in the heart of one of the world’s true culinary epicenters” and will solicit local experts to enhance the stadium food experience.

Lansing further stated, “There won’t be a better place to eat and drink on game days in Las Vegas than Allegiant Stadium.”

Raiders President Marc Badain is confident that Levy will put its best foot forward when it comes to hospitality experiences year-round for special events in the stadium as well as for Raiders games.

“The Raiders are committed to providing the absolute best food and beverage experience to all fans visiting Allegiant Stadium,” he said.

Levy’s clientele list boasts Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City and Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Levy’s presence is also there at several baseball ballparks, including Dodger Stadium and Wrigley Field and Greater Nevada Field in Reno.

The top-notch hospitality company has been contracted for special events, including the Super Bowl, the Grammy Awards, and the Kentucky Derby and all-star games for every major professional sports league.
